G. F. A.

Whew! 2010-2011 has been such a long road, but it's finally over! I am a sophomore no more! At long last, I have reached junior year--another step on the road I'm traveling. The hardest year of my high school career is done and over with, and now I'm moving on in life.

Fantasmic! (aka - my high school's 2011 marching show) is coming up fast, and I've almost gotten the music entirely learned (thank god). Just a measure of sixteenth notes in the second movement that I need to work out, and I'll be ready to tackle clinics next month, and camp the month after.

I've been looking for a job, and kind of have a gig as the makeup artist for the Jackson, TN band Specter next week. I'm getting pretty pumped for it, because I love doing makeup, and doing it for a band is like a dream come true for me.

Speaking of dreams coming true, I'm finally working on a fanfiction with multiple chapters--it's called The Color Brown. Hit it up on my Fanfiction.net profile, @AISHITESUBETE.

So, with the summer right ahead of me, this is your neon queen signing out! Until next time, my lovelies!

Our weather is so bipolar.

I absolutely despise Tennessee weather. Why? Because it can't make up its mind on whether it wants to stay beautiful and pretty or whether it wants to destroy us all with thunderstorms. One day it will be stunningly gorgeous, and the next, it'll be pouring pingpong-ball sized hail and scaring the daylights out of my dog.

I saw Insidious last night; best horror movie ever. Never have I seen a movie with a demon sharpening his claws in a roomful of marionettes, listening to "Tiptoe Through The Tulips." The pure uniqueness of it sends my creative blood pulsing, and the trick ending makes me want to write something. <3 In fact, it reminded me a lot of something I'd write.

Speaking of writing, I've written a song for piano for once in my life~ :D I'm quite excited about that, and I hope I'll be able to produce more work sometime.
